2013 Acura NSX Review

2013 Acura NSX Review
2013 Acura NSX
Acura NSX calls the system Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel Drive to got a preview of the basic setup on a recent trip to Japan by way of a front engine Honda Accord demonstration vehicle. The same principles should apply to the NSX, albeit flipped front-to-back to match the supercar’s powertrain layout.

The Acura NSX Series concept’s mid-mounted V-6 is connected to a dual-clutch automatic transmission with a built-in electric motor, which sends power to the rear wheels. An additional pair of electric motors sits at the front axle to provide all-wheel drive via what Acura NSX calls a Bilateral Torque Adjustable Control System. Perhaps better understood using the more common torque vectoring descriptor, this new setup can shuttle torque from left to right just like in Acura NSX equipped with current SH-AWD, although here Acura NSX is done completely electrically and at the opposite end of the car. The system of Acura NSX also would allow electric only operation using solely the front wheels. The new Acura NSX Series concept features the same clean, modern and simple surfacing as the previous models. The interior has been built around Acura’s new Human Support Cockpit theme and it also offers a preview on the potential Acura NSX interior design When the Acura NSX Series engine's is running, it expect the electrified wheels would be called into action only when extra power or traction is needed.

2013 Acura NSX Review
Acura NSX Concept maintains its low and wide stance, and the car is highlighted by clean, modern, smooth, and simple surfacing, with edgy details that communicate a supercar feel and attitude. The overall shape reminds us of Audi's own R8 supercar, with the slanted rear that goes all the way back to the tail. This Sports Hybrid AWD system is expected to deliver V8 performance with better-than-four-cylinder fuel economy by Acura NSX Concept. Indeed, a three-motor, mid-engine supercar sounds like the ideal machine for a brand attempting to distinguish itself as a luxury and performance company without waste or excess. As far as price goes, there's no set cost yet, but Acura NSX Concept it will cost more .

Some news say Acura will remake Acura NSX in 2015, to be Acura NSX 2015 with new concept and new feature. This new Acura NSX will be promote by best system and engine for turbo powers. In addition to adding power, the by-wire all-wheel-drive/hybrid layout should save weight compared to a conventional driveshaft-based system. As it did with the original NSX, Acura NSX is aiming for a light car with a high power-to-weight ratio and impressive fuel economy, all of which portend well for the production car. More encouragement: An Acura NSX engineer recently asked for our thoughts on both the Audi R8’s driving experience and Porsche’s hybrid system. It seems they’ve considered the right benchmarks. The car’s dimensions, inside those of an R8, seem to back that up.
